Tendo criado um serviço de isolamento, ele deve ser um serviço para se conectar com agências de exames médicos para fornecer um bom suporte para pessoas em quarentena. A equipe e o gerente disseram para devolver os resultados às pessoas em quarentena às 10h. E todos reservaram o vôo às 14:30. Mas até as 14:30 ainda não houve resultados. A gerência novamente culpou o médico pelos resultados tardios. A pessoa em quarentena não pôde voar a tempo para o vôo para Saigon. 1 pessoa perdeu 1 milhão de ingressos. Então, quanto é a perda de mais de 200 pessoas? Trabalhe irresponsavelmente. Que tal expulsar da área de quarentena as pessoas que não têm ingressos quando eles não têm ingressos para o dia ???

Extremely excellent. I do enjoy my vacation here. All services are quite good. Staffs and receptionist are also friendly and kind. Good place to stay.

It's a good place for a family. Focused on Russian customers. Food is ok. We are lucky as it is very quiet now. The pool never gets busy at this time. The staff is great. The rooms are good and the bathrooms are MASSIVE but no AC in them.

Great location and wonderful service. We can the beginning of April which is their off season so several restaurants were being remodeled which was disappointing. There were very few guests which was great and the weather was beautiful. They really could use a better store with basic snacks and such. We did have a great and relaxing trip!

Staff should be trained more professionally. No curtain to screen the bathtub so it's wet the entire bathroom whenever we take a shower. No socket in the bathroom to use the hairdryer. Only 1 trash bin in the bathroom. The surrounding is good, but the room service should be leveled up. The atmosphere is fresh, cool and clean. Quiet and peaceful.
