Santiago de Chile
Building located in the center of the city near some of Santiago’s most important historical sites. It was built between 1940 and 1945, and was designed to host Croatian citizens emigrating to Chile. It belongs to the Junta de Beneficiencia Croata, founded by Pascual Baburizza, a croatian entrepeneur who arrived in Chile after the First World War. Pulling from the distinctive and creative energy that is “barrio Bellas Artes”, each of our 16 accomodations are designed to showcase the vintage charm of our historic neighborhood while offering our guests a fresh approach to modern luxury. Each of our guest rooms feature chic art-deco inspired furnishing such as custom designed desks, and Wall treatments. Guest bathrooms recall classic NYC living elements of the time, such as white subway tile, luxury hotel amenities, high definition televisions, free Wifi offer an at-home experience that invites you to settle in.
