Nice hotel. Rooms definitely look better & more modern than the exterior. The rooms had a modern flare except for the bathroom and sink area. The fridge & microwave were positioned in the closet space although there was plenty of space in the remainder of the room. The bathroom needed updating from the floors to the fixtures. The patio chairs and pool chairs could use an update as well. Lastly, there are "rules" and "restrictions" regarding credit cards that are not posted online, or Hotels.com or in the lobby which made for a very frustrating situation and almost catastrophe.

We always enjoy our stay here at your hotel. Our room is always perfect!! And Toni is AMAZING!! She always accommodating to us!! And Kenn is so sweet!! He always has such a big smile on his face!! Room was clean and spacious, perfect for our 4 day stay! Breakfast was very enjoyable and fresh however more variety would’ve been nice- maybe some fruits, but benefit of the doubt, they are covid friendly and simplicity is the way to go during these times. Bed was extremely comfortable and amenities were just right, fresh towels everyday and room service as well! Can’t complain! Now, on the second day of our trip, my husbands cellphone was stolen right from our breakfast table, we made sure to ask for the cameras as we needed to find who was responsible, the manager SHANE, was incredibly polite in allowing us in his office to check the cameras and spent quite some time playing back the tapes to figure it out. To our dismay, our table was cut off in the camera and we were not able to really see when the phone was taken. Quite upset with the situation, we left and went on with our day. Within two hours time, Shane, gave me a call notifying me he played back the tapes and analyzed them better, found the person and tracked and retrieved my husbands phone!!!! THIS is what I call customer service as the situation was complicated and they still managed to go above and beyond for us! Anybody else would’ve promised to look at the tapes, let us leave and not look into it! Not them! Not Shane! If we ever visit again, rest assure we will be back 100%! I thank you AGAIN for your tremendous honesty and loyalty to your guests!

I am very impressed by the cleanliness of the room. Easy access to swimming pool. The front desk (manager) is so friendly and welcoming. She went out of her way to do me a favor, even after house keeping was gone for the night. Something she didn’t have to do, but did out of the kindness of her heart! I will definitely be staying here again.

Absolutely loved the place and will be coming back! The rooms were very clean, had a cool and unique vibe and the staff was just lovely. Breakfast was great and the price was wonderful for the room. Toni the front desk manager was lovely with helping us after a debacle with another hotel.
