Edit: back again for my second stay and can’t say enough about the staff and service at this most awesome perfectly located hotel. Ultra compact rooms that manage to feel spacious. Pretty smart design.
Should be five stars if not for the lack of a gym that would have been nice to have. Otherwise this is a great, efficient and centrally locates hotel with basic but well designed and cool facilities.

This is a hotel that differs from others. First of all you can check in using the app. Also everything in the room can be controlled by the app. There are eaven mood presets that close the blinds, adjusts the lights and starts music. The other interestingthing in the room was semi transparent shower cabin with the mood lights in the room. So definitely a different experience.

Loved our stay here, mostly because of the very friendly, easygoing and helpful staff. The location couldn’t be better, you can be anywhere in the city within 15 minutes. Rooms are small, but beds are incredibly comfortable - had a great sleep every night. The only downside is a breakfast - it might be good if you’re staying just for one night, but in case oflonger stays, the concept gets worn-out pretty quickly. Very good coffee, though.

Extremely comfortable, contemporary, upmarket business hotel. Room has everything you need, shower is nice, breakfast was good. Definitely a major step up from other business chains like ibis thanks to the design in the rooms and common areas. Great location, walking distance to Hauptbahnhof, lake, and restaurants.

Ouvimos falar de hotéis citizenM, mas nunca ficamos uma noite. Portanto, esta foi a nossa primeira vez: Zurique e cidadãoM. Sem decepções de qualquer espécie! Fomos recebidos por um adorável membro da equipe. Ela pacientemente nos explicou como tudo funciona em um hotel citizenM. Somos nerds da tecnologia, então ficamos muito satisfeitos ...! O quarto em que estávamos (não me lembro o número) era ótimo, silencioso, tinha cortinas internas e externas por controle remoto, um ótimo chuveiro e uma cama superconfortável e você pode ligar e desligar as luzes (ou diminuir e mudar de cor) com um iPad disponível para uso na sala. Ou você baixa o aplicativo citizenM em seu telefone e controla tudo remotamente de lá! De qualquer forma, tecnologia suficiente. No geral, é um ótimo hotel para ficar algumas noites. Até a finalização da compra foi tranquila: finalização da compra no seu telefone. Definitivamente, consideraremos ficar em um hotel citizenM novamente!

The hotel is at a good central location. The staff was very helpful and friendly. The room, bed and shower were very good. There is free wifi throughout the hotel and the breakfast was excellent. My only complaint is the noise of the nightclub behind the hotel (the first night until midnight). There was plenty of room in the hotel, so why not hand out rooms at the front if you know there is going tot be noise.

We heard of citizenM hotels, just never stayed a night. So this was our first time: Zürich and citizenM. No disappointments whatsoever! We were welcomed by a lovely staff member. She patiently explained to us how it all works in a citizenM hotel. We're tech nerds, so we were pleased as hell...! The room we were in (cannot remember the number) was great, silent, had inside and outside blinds by remote control, a great shower and super comfortable bed and you can switch the lights on and off (or dim and change colour) with an iPad available for your use in the room. Or, you download the citizenM app on your phone and control everything remotely from there! Anyways, enough tech. Overall, it's a great hotel to stay a few nights. Even the checkout went smooth: checkout on your phone. We will definitely consider staying in a citizenM hotel again!
