O lugar é muito lotado, especialmente se você é um estrangeiro ou filipino, eu não recomendo este lugar há muitos chineses hospedados e não apenas que ELES TÊM LENTA LIGAÇÃO À INTERNET !!!! E o hotel fica longe da área da praia. Especialmente os gerentes não estão se acomodando de forma alguma.

The place is too crowded especially if you are a foreigner or filipino i dont recommend this place there are way too many chinese staying in and not only that THEY HAVE SLOW INTERNET CONNECTION!!!! And the hotel is far from the beach area. Especially the managers are not accommodating at all.

Passamos férias em família no Citic, a estadia foi maravilhosa, a piscina é incrível, quartos aconchegantes e excelente serviço. Eu conheci a equipe de operações e eles têm programas que apóiam e capacitam as comunidades locais. Eles até promovem iguarias locais e locais de patrimônio na Região 6. Pasamos unas vacaciones familiares en Citic, la estancia fue maravillosa, la piscina es increíble, acogedoras habitaciones y excelente servicio. READ THIS BEFORE BOOKING AT CITIC HOTEL We stayed here for 4nights I don’t recommend this hotel for filipinos and foreigners cause there is way too many chinese people that are so NOISY and some of them actually have bad odor. I also don’t recommend this for big group of family cause1room = 2 adults ONLY!! If you have extra person they charge them for 2,500 per night. 👎 sometimes there is No TV signals 👎 slow wifi 👎No network signals 👎Breakfast is also too ordinary A little far from the beach

I have been doing events in Boracay since 2014 and happy that this new property at Station 1 is very committed to sustainable and responsible tourism. I met the operations team and they have programs that supports and empowers local communities. They even promote local delicacies and heritage sites in Region 6. I am glad to discover all of these information and last time the representative of DOT from Region 6 even joined us to explain the rich culture of the region. Wow Boracay has a lot to offer!

Ten days before departure (one month after booking) we were told that the hotel was booked at the wrong price so it was canceled. Was no answer to get by phone or mail. Incredibly poor customer service, absolutely do not recommend this hotel to anyone!

We spent a family vacation at Citic, the stay was wonderful, the pool is amazing, cosy rooms and excellent service. Moreover, we had medical issue there, and the assistance we got from their team was beyond excellent! Thank you Citic for making our stay pleasant and enjoyable.
