Too crowded. I stayed here for a week on a work trip. As soon as I got into the door, there were 3 people ahead of me. I waited 10 minutes per person for each of them to get checked in with their hotel key. I had just traveled, worked all day and was exhausted. I also have a back Injury, so I felt like I would pass out from exhaustion and pain right there while waiting. I kept quiet and stayed patient, but was very annoyed. Not a good start. The rooms are great-- the best thing about the hotel. After resting up and feeling better, I decided to go downstairs to grab a drink and bite to eat. First thing I noticed is there is food and leftovers everywhere. I literally had no idea where to sit, it looked like their whole food court/bar was full of people that had just left, because of all the leftover food/empty drinks. I decided to pick a spot at the bar, because I had no idea where to go, since there was no clean spaces to sit at. I wait 5 minutes to be served, no service. Then some random person comes over and says I sat in their seat. Annoying. So, I move somewhere else. Wait another 10 minutes to be served. No one even looks in my direction. Instead, they're talking to other people and not serving people and not cleaning up. Disgusted at this point, I leave back to my room. Not going down there again and it was first night here. Customer service takes too long with everything and clearly don't care about getting people in and out. I travel and stay at many hotels, this is one of the worst hotels for customer service Ive ever stayed at. The 3 stars are for the flawless hotel rooms. Bad Customer service ruined my experience.

This hotel is beautiful! Staff is very friendly and accommodating! Food great! Steve the Chef was so nice to talk with. We were able to check in early which was really nice since we had an early morning arrival!! We will definitely be back!

If only one complaint, there was a tiny trash can in the bathroom and no other place for trash in the entire room. We are tidy and considerate, so we just bagged our own trash over our multiple day stay. Maybe add another (larger) trash can?

Não tenho queixas sobre a nossa estadia neste hotel. Ficamos 3 noites no total…2 adultos com crianças. O quarto standard era menor, em comparação com outros quartos em que nossa família ficou. No entanto, não muito pequeno.Ficamos no 3º andar e adoramos poder ver os aviões voando para o aeroporto. Às vezes era alto, mas não esmagador. No tengo ninguna queja sobre nuestra estancia en este hotel. Nos alojamos 3 noches en total... 2 adultos con niños. La habitación estándar era un poco más pequeña, en comparación con otras habitaciones en las que se ha alojado nuestra familia. Sin embargo, no demasiado pequeña.Nos alojamos en el tercer piso y nos encantó poder ver los aviones volando hacia el aeropuerto. Era ruidoso a veces, pero no abrumador. Usamos un altavoz bluetooth para reproducir música para dormir y enmascarar el sonido durante las horas de acostarse.El establecimiento estaba muy limpio y moderno/actualizado. El servicio de limpieza llegó cuando se solicitó. Soy un fanático de los baños limpios y este fue, con mucho, uno de los más limpios que he visto en un hotel. Me encantó la ducha!Nosotros seguramente nos quedaremos aqui otra vez.

I have zero complaints about our stay at this hotel. We stayed 3 nights total…2 adults w/ children. The standard room was on the smaller side, compared to other rooms our family has stayed in. However, not too small.We stayed on the 3rd floor & loved being able to see the planes flying into the airport. It was loud at times, but not overwhelming. We used a bluetooth speaker to play sleep music to mask the sound during bedtime hours.The establishment was very clean and modern/updated. Housekeeping came when requested. I’m a stickler about clean bathrooms and this was by far one of the cleanest I’ve seen in a hotel. Loved the shower!We would certainly stay here again.

Beautiful hotel with fantastic amenities. Staff were kind and polite and overall a very comfortable experience. Little touches made for an amazing stay such as Bluetooth enabled mirrors to listen to music and plenty of charging ports to accommodate all your devices. Comfortable beds and stylish rooms made for a great stay.

This place is a new build and it very clean with awesome decor! It was great! Would I stay again? Absolutely I would.

Eu não posso dizer o suficiente sobre o quão maravilhoso é este lugar. Eu sei que é novo, mas espero que possa manter o lugar tão agradável quanto é. A equipe foi incrível. Estava ficando 2 noites por causa do clima para garantir que meu pai pudesse chegar ao seu tratamento de diálise algumas portas abaixo. Quando o tempo estava ficando ruim, a equipe ficou feliz em nos permitir fazer o check-in mais cedo para que pudéssemos chegar em segurança. Os quartos eram muito espaçosos e limpos. Jantamos no restaurante. A equipe foi incrível e sempre sorridente, apesar de ser uma equipe tão curta (por causa do clima, alguns funcionários não conseguiram entrar, então a equipe estava fazendo turnos extras para garantir o atendimento a todos os consumidores). A única reclamação é para o menu. Talvez adicionando um sanduíche de frango grelhado ou jantar. O café da manhã foi o melhor. Me faz pensar em parar uma manhã só para pegar o BLT+E. Eu definitivamente ficarei aqui no futuro, mesmo que apenas para uma escapadela de casa.

Fomos colocados neste hotel pela Southwest Airlines devido a um atraso de vôo. Este local é novo e imaculado !!! Nosso quarto king era enorme, moderno e incrivelmente confortável. Há muitos toques modernos, como botões de temperatura e música no espelho. A cama era tão confortável.A ÚNICA desvantagem é que você está literalmente no final da pista, por isso é barulhento. Mas isso não me acordou. A equipe estava ocupada, mas muito simpática e acolhedora.

Muito satisfeito com este hotel! Ótimo atendimento ao cliente, quartos agradáveis com camas confortáveis e um banheiro espetacular (os espelhos estão equipados com luzes de maquiagem, música e muito mais). Nós apreciamos um café da manhã muito bom em seu restaurante/bar! Se o barulho do avião o incomoda, este não seria um bom lugar para você; no entanto, o tráfego aéreo não era ruim depois da hora de dormir. Nós com certeza ficaríamos aqui novamente!

Um grupo de nós ficou aqui por vários dias durante uma viagem de trabalho. Em geral, todo o hotel foi fantástico. Os quartos são incrivelmente confortáveis e tudo estava em ordem e parecia novo. Fiquei realmente impressionado com o quão bom foi o serviço ao cliente. Cada equipe foi super prestativa, acolhedora e gentil. Conseguimos obter recomendações locais para comida e cada membro da equipe se esforçou para garantir que estivéssemos confortáveis. Eles ainda têm algumas opções sem glúten no menu. Os verdadeiros MVPs da nossa viagem são a recepção e a governanta que estavam trabalhando no turno da manhã de 20/01. Eles tomaram o tempo para nos ajudar a olhar através de duas salas separadas para um relógio ausente e quando não conseguimos encontrá-lo, o serviço de limpeza continuou fazendo sugestões sobre como encontrá-lo. I can not say enough about how wonderful this place is.I know it's new but hopefully it can keep the place as nice as it is.Staff was amazing.Was staying 2 nights because of the weather to make sure my dad could make it to his dialysis treatment a few doors down.When the weather was getting bad, the staff was happy to allow us to check in early so that we could arrive safely.The rooms was very spacious and clean.We had dinner in the restaurant.The staff was amazing and always smiling dispite being so short staff (because of the weather some employees could not make it in so the staff their was pulling extra shifts to make sure to provide service to all consumers).The only complaint is for the menu.Maybe adding a grilled chicken sandwich or dinner.Breakfast was the best.Makes me think about stopping in some morning just to pick up the BLT+E.I will definitely be staying here in the future even if just for a getaway from home.

Only great things to say! Southwest sent us here due to flight issues. Airport shuttle was clean and spacious. Hotel was charming and modern, fun experience at the hotel bar- our bartender was JR. And awesome food too!

We were put in this hotel by Southwest Airlines due to a flight delay.This location is brand new and immaculate!!!Our king room was huge, modern and incredibly comfortable.There are tons of modern touches, like temperature and music buttons on the mirror.The bed was so comfortable.The ONLY downside is you are literally on the end of the runway, so it’s noisy.But it didn’t wake me up.The staff was busy, but very friendly and accommodating.

Very pleased with this hotel! Great customer service, nice rooms with comfy beds, and a spectacular bathroom set up (the mirrors are equipped with make up lights, music, and more). We enjoyed a very good breakfast at their restaurant/bar! If airplane noise bothers you, this would not be a good place for you; however, the air traffic was not bad after bed time. We would definitely stay here again!

A group of us stayed here for several days during a work trip. Overall the entire hotel was fantastic. The rooms are insanely comfortable and everything was in working order and felt brand new. I was truly blown away with how great the customer service was. Every staff was super helpful, welcoming, and kind. We were able to get local recommendations for food and each staff member went out of their way to ensure we were comfortable. They even have a couple of gluten free options on the menu.The real MVPs from our trip are the front desk and housekeeper that were working the morning shift of 1/20. They took the time to help us look through two separate rooms for a missing watch and when we couldn't find it housekeeping kept making suggestions on how to find it. Luckily for us the watch was packed safely in a suitcase and neither staff appeared remotely annoyed (seriously, this was a test of patience to the max). The staff are what make this hotel amazing you all deserve a raise!

É do outro lado da rua do aeroporto, então os voos que chegam podem ser ouvidos logo acima do hotel, mas não foi nada desagradável e dormimos muito bem. Terá de voltar quando pararmos em Nashville.

Resulta que solo ha estado abierto durante 2 días. El vestíbulo es agradable y acogedor. Las señoras del frente fueron muy complacientes. Nuestra habitación de matrimonio era bonita y espaciosa y la decoración era muy moderna. Me encantó especialmente el espejo del baño, que me permitía reproducir mi música a través de Bluetooth. Está al otro lado de la calle del aeropuerto, por lo que los vuelos que llegan se pueden escuchar justo encima del hotel, pero no fue nada desagradable y dormimos muy bien. Volveremos cuando hagamos una parada en Nashville.

I usually don't bother to post reviews on hotels, but I had to say how lovely Cambria was. I was cautious as to book it last night because I couldn't find reviews on it. Turns out it's only been open for 2 days. The lobby is nice and welcoming. The ladies at the front were very accommodating. Our king bedroom was nice and spacious and the decor was very modern. I especially loved the bathroom mirror which allowed me to play my music via Bluetooth. It is across the street from the airport so the flights coming in can be heard right above the hotel but it was nothing obnoxious and we slept very well. Will be returning when we stop in Nashville.
