I can put -1 as my star with my experience in this hotel.
They reported us to police on my wedding day because of accusation that we broke their shower door while my friend was about to take a shower. The hotel rooms are obviously not well maintained, carpets are disgusting a lot of dirts and stains, and furnishings are in old condition. staffs are shouting at us and forcing us to pay 200$. Thank God the police officer was clever and investigated the event in a professional way.

anyway. we ended up leaving the hotel and cancelled all my wedding plans and celebration because of this rude acts. We transferred to a cozy better hotel with a help of our Georgian friend.
All happened after the first night stay!
I wonder why Holiday factory choose this hotel for their guests. So sad and waste of money.

Boa localização. Perto da Ponte da Paz e de alguns locais interessantes da cidade. Este hotel possui um elevador. O quarto não é tão grande, mas também não é tão pequeno. As toalhas estão disponíveis no banheiro, mas são um pouco pequenas e finas. O pequeno-almoço é servido em forma de buffet, mas é repetitivo durante a sua estadia, por isso não espere muito. A equipe é amigável e acolhedora. Boa vista da cidade nas pequenas sacadas de seus quartos. Obrigado pela nossa estadia.

Buena ubicación. Cerca del Puente de la Paz y algunos sitios interesantes de la ciudad. Este hotel tiene un ascensor. La habitación no es tan grande pero tampoco tan pequeña. Hay toallas disponibles en el baño, pero son un poco pequeñas y delgadas. El desayuno se sirve en forma de buffet pero es repetitivo durante su estancia, así que no espere mucho. El personal es amigable y acogedor. Buena vista de la ciudad en los pequeños balcones de sus habitaciones. Gracias por nuestra estadía.

Good location. Near Bridge of Peace and some interesting sites in the city. This hotel has an elevator. Room is not that big but not that small too. Towels are available in the bathroom but they are a bit small and thin. Breakfast is served as buffet but repetitive throughout your stay so don't expect much. The staff is friendly and accommodating. Good view of the city at the small balconies of their rooms. Thank you for our stay.

O hotel nos surpreendeu de várias maneiras. Quer desde a limpeza do quarto, passando por um pequeno-almoço muito fraco, até ao pessoal não muito comunicativo. Já visitei muitos hotéis, por isso não imagino um hotel tão bom em comparação com outros. Nós o avaliamos unanimemente como suficiente.

El hotel nos sorprendió de muchas maneras. Ya sea por la limpieza de la habitación, pasando por un desayuno muy flojo, hasta un personal poco comunicativo. Ya he visitado muchos hoteles, así que no imagino un hotel tan bueno comparado con otros. Lo evaluamos por unanimidad como suficiente.

Location is perfect, breakfast is ok however staff are not helpful and room is not clean small ants everywhere, room size i had a very small room however they had bigger rooms if you are lucky enough.

Thank you Bridge Hotel family for making my georgia trip more amazing..very friendly staff and walking distance to old tbilisi town, bridge of peace,cable cars. Breakfast is super amazing in the roof top terrace with the mountains view. Its a family business of Dad and mom and the daughter..all of them are super friendly and helpful..super clean hotel..choosing this hotel for the next trip definitely and well recommended to everyone.Gaaumaarjoos!!! I was lucky that the reservation was canceled cause what i saw in booking.com photos was way too far from reality. The place is not worth the review obtained in booking. I don’t recommend! The receptionist is friendly and speaks 4 different languages (Arabic, english , french and Georgian)

Its not even worth a 2 star hotel, I have stayed in 3 stars with so much better rooms and service. The room has insects, Ac isnt working properly and they dont seem to care. For room equipments they ask you to come down to collect. Not recommended at all! Poor experience

Quiet disappointing 3 nights stay . Queen size bed and deluxe room for which I paid and I paid high was actually made by joining two single mattress and taking home backache now 🙄 promised room service 24/7 is not actually 24/7. I called for iron board in morning and I was asked to come down and take it up as we have checkouts. I asked washed clean tea cupsthat must be replaced when you make room and I was asked that you can wash tea cups and we can’t help as we give only two cups in a day and question was it’s ok to wash but in washroom, seriously ?? Coldest breakfast all 3 days !!!
