Location is great, price is perfect. There are minor things they can change to have guests experience exceptional. Service was pleasant. Rooms inside are very nice and more than enough room for more than 2 people on a budget. My cons are the locks on the door do not work very well as they have a regular key. To me an easy 50 fix from home Depot. also the bathroom has no fan and drain on the tub backed up while showering. Good place but easy fixes and they could have a better rating and price point.

Deceptive! Buyer beware. We made reservations a few weeks ago for this upcoming September and we're so excited about our stay on the east coast. I got my order confirmation and didn't really look at it until yesterday. When I looked at it I noticed a $25 service fee. I tried calling the hotel and got a voicemail telling me to leave a message, but the automated machine stated a different number than I had actually called. I called back thinking I had misdialed, nope! SAme voicemail. I then decided I would email them to ask about the $25 service fee (almost half the room cost). I received an email back this morning stating the fee was for wifi and parking. When I told them I was confused by their answer because their website specifically boasts about having free parking and wifi, I received another emailing stating "because it's included in the fees". HOW? HOW? HOW? How does that make sense to them? If they are charging customers for the service, then it is most certainly NOT free. Needless to say, we canceled our reservation based on deception we feel they are already displaying. Not cool!

Terrible!!The room had a strange smell, the blanketwere dirty, poor customer service, there was no cleaning in the room, (they charged me 20 extra dollars) they did not give me a payment ticket (and they charged taxes) I will never come back !!!!!!Terrible!!! El cuarto tenia un olor extraño. La manta estaba sucia , el servicio al cliente es pobre, No limpiaron mi cuarto , y Cobraron20 dolares extrapor ello . No me dieron mi boleta de pago ( pague impuestos por eso) No volveria NUNCA

TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE! 1 night stay Feb. 27th 2020. My room was nice and clean for the price, the place is quiet. My problem was at check out time. The woman behind the counter claim to be the General Manager but I don't know her name. She has a foreign accent. I return the key to her and nicely said that I enjoyed my stay and she said she was glad of that but it was in a rude and snappy tone and she hastily shoved my $5 key deposit towards me. I immediately told her that she had a bad attitude and wasn't professional. She started a argument with me and threatened to call the police because I told her she didn't know how to interact with customers. I went in happy and came out upset. 😡 This woman should be fired because others are speaking of the bad customer service and they are probably talking of her. I told her to view the reviews. Hope you all have a better experience here.

surpresa positiva! perto da praia, perto de um kupple de restaurantes. mas também tranquilo o suficiente para dormir. Unidade de CA também não foi alto. apenas eles devem encontrar uma maneira de tornar possível para cobrir as janelas do quarto, porque não é realmente escuro (a noite inteira ..) os quartos são limpos.

positive surprise! close to the beach, close to a kupple of restaurants. but also quiet enough to sleep. AC unit was also not to loud. only they should find a way to make it possible to cover the windows in the bedroom, because its not really dark (the whole night..) the rooms are clean.

Perfect location on broadwalk just steps from beach and free parking. Customer service is great. Would be five stars if bath towels and linens were better quality and if beach chairs were provided. Nice and clean. Overall great stay for price!

Definitely 5 Stars! My story: We arrived late (midnight) and there was no one in the office. Due to some technical issues, we did not receive the instruction email telling us one of the rooms had been unlocked for us with the keys on a table. We spent 1 hour and could not figure out how to get into our room. We ended up knocking on a door with someone inside still awake and was told to try all the doors and finally we got in our room. It was frustrating - but with a good ending. I complained to the staff second day morning and he promised to escalate it to the owner. One day after we left the hotel, I received his email saying sorry and a 100% refund. Although we were not happy at that night, I feel we were respected by the owner. This alone is worth a 5-star. The room is spacious, clean and with a kitchen full of cookware and dinnerware. Excellent location - 10 seconds away from the beautiful beach. I will choose this one again if I come to Fort Lauderdale in the future.
