Hoje tive uma experiência muito desagradável com este hotel com uma trabalhadora deste hotel que se autodenomina Carolina, nas primeiras horas da manhã após mais de 10 horas de viagem e com uma reserva neste hotel, quando vou a ela e ao hotel estava fechado e resolvi telefonar para ser atendido, entendendo que o check in é às 15h00 e a minha hora de chegada é pela manhã já tinha contactado o hotel para poder entrar a esta hora com um custo adicional Após insistir com a campainha porque não abriram pra gente, essa senhora, a Carolina, sai, de uma forma bem desagradável, ela se refere a mim me dizendo num tom grosseiro, que se vou queimar a campainha ou aquilo, e que não vou to pagar a campainha se queimar, ao que eu respondi, desculpe-me mas já tocava há algum tempo e não nos abriram, ao que ela respondeu que não é hora de chegar e que ela não pretende pule do último andar para abrir. Essa senhora que eu acho que era a faxineira, quando perguntei o nome dela, ela me disse que se chamava Carolina, ao que eu respondi o que estava pensando em reivindicar de Ayendar e ela me disse para fazer o que você quiser. Estou muito infeliz e muito decepcionada porque depois de horas de viagem, tudo que eu queria era descansar, porém me deixaram na estrada à deriva. Eu não recomendo este lugar.

El día de hoy he tenido una experiencia con este hotel muy desagradable con una trabajadora de este hotel que se hace llamar Carolina, en horas de la mañana tras horas mas de 10 horas de viaje y con una reserva en este hotel, cuándo acudo a el y llego el hotel estaba cerrado y decidí timbrar para ser atendido, entendiendo que el check in es a las 3 pm y mi hora de llegada es en la mañana ya me había puesto en contacto con el hotel para poder ingresar a esta hora con un sobrecargo, tras insistir con el timbre por que no nos abrían sale este señora, Carolina, de una forma muy desagradable se refiere a mi diciéndome en un tono de grosería, que si le voy a quemar el timbre o que, y que yo no le voy a pagar el timbre si se quema, a lo cual yo le respondí disculpe pero ya llevaba un rato timbrando y no nos abrían, a lo cual ella me responde que estas no son horas de llegar y que ella no piensa tirarse desde el último piso para abrirme. Esta señora que creo que era la de la limpieza, al preguntar su nombre ella me dice que se llama Carolina, a lo cual le respondí yo qué pensaba reclamar a ayendar y ella me respondió que haga lo que quiera. Estoy muy a disgusto y muy decepcionado ya que tras horas de viaje, lo único que quería era descansar, sin embargo me dejaron el la calle a la deriva. No recomiendo para nada este lugar.
