O atendimento não foi bom e a localização do hotel não é boa ficando afastado. O quarto é bom. A relação custo benefício é razoável.

Not the cheapest rooms in town but their reasonably priced. Rooms are clean. Like that every room has its own balcony which is nice for those who smoke. And they have a decent breakfast in the mornings

For 89$ a night it was adequate. The pool and hot tub was great. The room was neat and clean. The hallway did smell funny tho. The breakfast had a variety of different items to offer. Cook your own pancakes and waffles. Hot ham, eggs, grits, and sausage. Cereal, juice, milk, coffee, and tea. It was filling, but nothing to write home about.

A equipe da recepção foi excelente. O café da manhã era adequado e todos os aspectos do quarto eram excelentes. A única desvantagem era o fato de que o corredor precisava ser aspirado. Grande valor para uma localização conveniente.

The front desk staff was excellent. Breakfast was adequate and all aspects of the room were great. The only drawback was the fact that the hallway needed vacuuming. Great value for a convenient location.

I was very happy with my stay with this best western hotel. I did not book this hotel at first. I first booked at "Naples Garden Inn" and when I arrived to the hotel I realized I paid for fridge and microwave in my room and it wasn't in there and in the process of me cleaning my room down a bug bit my husband and daughter leaving big marks and the guy at the front desk was rude... and when I asked about the microwave he told me there was one microwave for every guest in the hotel and told me if I'm not satisfied then leave he'll be more then happy to give me my money back. I packed my stuff up and left looking for another hotel with a reasonable price and came across this best western and made one phone call and the person who answered the phone was Nay Nieves the manager, she was well educated and was very happy to help me and was very welcoming and gave me and my kids the best room I was very happy that I came across her assistance this hotel is very clean and amazing this is now my go too hotel I will forever remember this hotel and recommend this hotel for anyone.

Nós hospedado aqui em uma sexta-feira à noite no 2º andar. Suite cama king A equipe do lobby foi simpática e educada. Todo o hotel que vimos estava impecável. Nós não comemos o café da manhã devido a dormir. O check-out é às 11h.O quarto em si era confortável e limpo. A cama era confortável e tinha 5 travesseiros. Havia uma cozinha com pratos, copos e talheres para usar sem custo extra. O banheiro foi atualizado e parecia novo. A pressão no chuveiro era constante e alta e não demorou muito para ficar quente. Em geral, adoramos a nossa estadia lá, e definitivamente voltaria.- nota lateral e pequena opinião - - o hotel está tentando fazer o verde vivo, então talvez se livre dos copos em filme plástico.

We stayed here on a friday night on the 2nd floor. King bed suite The lobby staff was friendly and polite. The whole hotel that we seen was spotless. We didnt eat the breakfast due to sleeping in. Check out is at 11am.The room itself was comfortable and clean. The bed was comfortable and had 5 pillows. There was a kitchen and it had plates, glasses, and silverware to use without extra charge. The bathroom was updated and looked brand new. The pressure in the shower was steady and high and it didnt take lot to get hot. Overall we loved our stay there, and definitely would come back.-side note and small opinion- - hotel is trying to do the living green, so maybe get rid of the cups in plastic wrap.

Muito bom hotel. Tem um quarto maior do que o reservado. O café da manhã era muito extenso para os padrões americanos. Faça seus próprios waffles e panquecas, vários pratos quentes. E sanduíches e coberturas. Agradavelmente surpreendido!

Es un hotel sencillo pero las habitaciones son enormes. Tiene buena jubilación si lo que se busca es estar fuera de la zona más movida. Tienen parqueadero y piscina. El desayuno es bastante bueno. Su personal es muy cálido, ayudan con muy buena actitud siempre.

Muy buena relación precio ,calidad de servicio. Todo impecable. La pileta bien ubicada recibiendo buen sol por la mañana. Lo único para tener en cuenta para los que quieren estar a un paso de la playa es que no es la mejor ubicación,pero no está a más de 15 minutos en línea recta. Recomiendo el hotel.
