Em meus mais de 30 anos de viagem, mesmo durante COVID, esta foi a pior experiência que já tive. Chamado para transporte do aeroporto desculpe nenhum transporte desde que eu não reservei 24 horas de antecedência. Eu disse ok, estou saindo de manhã e em menos de 24 horas posso reservar o traslado para o aeroporto. Disseram-me sem problemas. Peguei um Uber para o hotel e fiz o check-in. O hotel não respeitaria o código de desconto da companhia aérea que apresentei. Este foi um código que a companhia aérea me forneceu desde que meu voo de volta para Chicago foi cancelado devido ao clima. Agora golpeie 2 para o hotel. Eles me designam um quarto. O quarto não foi limpo do hóspede anterior. Eu finalmente recebo outra sala designada. Um reparador estava na sala trabalhando na fechadura. apenas uma lâmpada funcionou. A outra lâmpada não tinha lâmpadas. Strike 3 e 4 .. Falei com o gerente de plantão .. Na verdade, acho que ele era o proprietário. Sem desculpas nem nada. Ele agiu como se eu fosse um inconveniente. Eu perguntei sobre o transporte para o aeroporto e disse-lhes para me colocarem no chão, pois precisava de uma carona. Ele disse que não há problema, temos tudo resolvido ... Bem, esta manhã eu fui à recepção para solicitar o transporte e meu nome nem o número do meu quarto estavam na lista. A pessoa da recepção ligou para o gerente / proprietário Tej Patel e ele disse a ela para me pedir desculpas pelo transporte não estar disponível. WOW .. Não, eu pedi um Uber para o aeroporto e decidi fazer um café .. A cafeteira no lobby estava vazia .. Eu perguntei sobre pegar uma xícara e o café da manhã continental complementar .. Oh, você quer uma sacola de café da manhã. Eu disse sim, por favor ... Acho que se não perguntasse, eles não teriam oferecido. Há muitos hotéis na área. Faça um favor a si mesmo e reserve um quarto em outro estabelecimento.

In my 30 plus yrs of traveling even during COVID this was the worse experience I have ever had. Called for shuttle from airport sorry no shuttle since I didn't book 24hrs in advance. I said okay I am leaving in the morning and it is less than 24hr notice can i reserve the shuttle to airport. I was told noproblem.I took an Uber to the hotel and proceeded to check in. The hotel would not honor the airline discount code I presented. This was a code the airline provided me since my flight home to Chicago was cancelled due to weather.Now strike 2 to the hotel. They assign me a room. The room was not cleaned from the the previous guest. I finally get another room assigned. A repairman was in the room working on the lock. only one lamp worked. The other lamp was missing lightbulbs. Strike 3 & 4.. I spoke to the manager on duty.. I actually think he was the owner. No apologies or anything. He acted like I was an inconvenience. I did ask about the shuttle to the airport and told them to put me down as needing a ride. He said not problem we have it covered... Well this morning I went to the front desk to request the shuttle and my name nor my room number was in the book. Front desk person called the manager/owner Tej Patel and he told her to tell me sorry the shuttle wasn't available. WOW.. No I request an Uber to the airport and decided to make a coffee.. Coffee pot in lobby was empty.. I asked about getting a cup and the complementary continentalbreakfast.. Oh you want a breakfast bag. I said yes please.. I guess if i didn't ask they would not have offered.There are plenty of hotels in the area. Do yourself a favor and book a room at another establishment.

Good price but older hotel. Popcorn ceilings, cold swimming pool and hot tub not working. Night staff was good at check-in. But the morning lady ither partied to hard the night before or had covvid. Was hacking like crazy and the coffee was so bad we had to go to Macdonald's. We would only stay here again in a pinch.

Room was gross and dingy. Paint peeling. Hair in the bed. Sour smell in the bathroom. Bugs in the bathroom. Dust build up everywhere. Mark's all over the walls. Just a gross hotel. Stay away, please, just stay away!

Passei a noite aqui em 18 de outubro e fiquei muito desapontado desde o início que nenhum dos funcionários da recepção estava usando uma máscara. A política sobre as portas do saguão estabelece que, de acordo com a política de saúde pública, nenhuma será permitida nas áreas comuns sem máscara. Claramente, este não é o caso. O quarto em si era tamanho e cama decente parecia limpo e havia toalhas limpas, mas o quarto em si precisa de uma limpeza completa. Nós não notamos isso até de manhã, quando abrimos e fechamos a porta do banheiro. Não sei ao certo o que é e certamente não vou tocar, mas parece que alguém socou a porta com cocô nas mãos. Havia marcas de queimado de ferro chato no tapete, mas eu posso lidar com isso. Dito isso, a equipe foi educada e prestativa, mas o resultado final é que não nos sentimos seguros.

La habitación estándar con cama King nos toco en plata baja de este hotel, sencilla pero linda y amplia al igual que el baño grande y limpio, nos tocó en un área no muy privada por ser planta baja esta daba con vista a a entrada principal del hotel y gasolinera. No le doy 5 estrellas porque todos los días teníamos que estar cambiando las tarjetas para poder entrar a la habitación, no sé el porque se bloqueaba tan constante, pero del resto estuvo bien.

The place was old and run down. Carpet had stains all over it, wouldn't sit in the couch of you paid me it was so nasty. You could tell where the plaster was coming off the wall and they tried to patch it, no ice bucket in room, phone didnt work...the place was gross!

Spent the night here on October 18 was very disappointed from the start that none of the front desk staff was wearing a mask. The policy on the lobby doors state that in accordance with public health policy that none will be allowed in common areas without a mask. Clearly, this is not the case. The room itself was decent size & bed looked clean and there were clean towels but the room itself needs a thorough cleaning. We didn't this notice until morning when we opened & closed the bathroom door. Don't know for sure what it is & I'm certainly not going to touch it but it looks like someone punched the door with poop on their hands. There were flat iron scorch marks on the carpet but I can handle that. All that being said, the staff was polite and helpful but bottom line is we didn't feel safe.

Ótima localização! O hotel tem ótimas comodidades como academia, piscina externa, banheira de hidromassagem e café da manhã quente. No entanto, o hotel está sujeito a uma revisão. Os quartos eram limpos, mas os tapetes tinham manchas grandes, muitas marcas de reparo nas paredes e nossa porta precisava de um ombro apenas para abrir ou fechá-la. No geral, eu ficaria lá novamente.

Great location! Hotel has nice amenities like workout facilities, outdoor pool, hot tub and hot breakfast. However, the hotel is due for an overhaul. Rooms were clean but carpets had large stains, a lot of repair marks on walls and our door needed shoulder just to open or close it. Overall, I would stay there again.
