The hotel was ok. Breakfast was Jimmy Dean sandwich, but the biscuits were hard from sitting. There is a mini fridge but no microwave in the room. My room had an issue with what I now know to be Asian beetle bugs. My husband was ill and unable to move to another room. But they did not even provide me with any spray. I had very little sleep fighting off bugs flying around. The restitution was a free snack. Just ridiculous

Everything was clean, which was expected with a new Hotel. My room was very small. Made me feel cluttered. Alot of room to room noise. Breakfast was good. It was grab and go. I would stay here again only if I was in a pinch and couldn't find anything else.

The staff was phenomenal, helpful and kind. .The room was awesome, comfortable and clean. We will continue to stay with this hotel chain. Outstanding and far exceeded expectations.

Very nice hotel with affordable rates. The hotel and rooms have a very modern/ clean look to them. Rooms are clean with comfortable beds, along with a nice walk-in shower. I would definitely stay here again if ever back this way.

Super personal de noche en este hotel (Faith). Me sorprendió lo pequeñas que eran las habitaciones, pero no nos importó el tamaño. Me gusta que no haya alfombra. Este hotel es utilizado por muchos hombres que trabajan, por lo que los pisos (especialmente el ascensor) estaban sucios, pero eso es de esperar. El desayuno era sencillo pero bueno. Volvería a usar un hotel IHG. Sugeriría que contraten a un representante de recepción que entienda mejor el inglés.

Super pessoal noturno neste hotel (Faith). Surpreso com o quão pequenos os quartos eram, mas não nos importamos com o tamanho. Eu gosto que não houvesse tapete. Este hotel é usado por muitos homens que trabalham, então os andares (especialmente o elevador) estavam sujos, mas isso é esperado. O café da manhã era simples, mas bom. Eu usaria um Hotel IHG novamente. Eu sugiro que eles contratem um representante da recepção que entenda melhor o inglês.

Gostei da arquitetura e do design de interiores do motel. O lobby estava fresco. A mobília da sala de jantar era muito moderna. A máquina de café era chique. Os quartos eram limpos por dentro e por fora. A única reclamação que tenho é que não havia micro-ondas no quarto. Tive que descer pelo saguão para usar o microondas.

O motel era limpo, o que é enorme conosco. O quarto era pequeno, mas eu me acostumei. A cama era macia - eu gostava, mas meu marido odiava. Os travesseiros eram tão confortáveis. Uma das meninas que trabalhava à noite foi muito legal e me ajudou a usar o computador. O café no lobby foi ótimo! A única razão pela qual estou deixando o 2 estrelas é porque eles não me deram um check-out tardio depois de me dizer que eu poderia conseguir um se ligasse pela manhã. Liguei às 8:20 da manhã e eles recusaram depois que eu praticamente implorei. Isso atrapalhou a suspensão. O motel estava limpo, mas duvido que vamos ficar novamente.

I liked the architecture and interior design of the motel. The lobby area was cool. The furnitures in the dining room was very modern. The coffee machine was fancy. The rooms were clean inside and out. The only complain I have is that it didn’t have microwave in the room. I had to come down by the lobby to use the microwave.

The motel was clean which is huge with us. The room was small, but I got used to it. The bed was soft - I liked it but my husband hated it. The pillows were so comfy. One of the girls working at night was really nice and helped me use the computer. The coffee in the lobby was great! The only reason I'm leaving 2 stars is because they wouldn't give me a late checkout after telling me I could get one if I called down in the morning. I called at 8:20 a.m.and they refused after I practically begged. That put a damper on the stay. The motel was clean, but I doubt we will stay again.

Super evening staff at this hotel (Faith). Surprised at how small the rooms were-but we didn't mind the size. I like that there was no carpet. This hotel is used by a lot working men so the floors (esp. the elevator) were dirty but that's to be expected. The breakfast was simple but good. I would use a IHG Hotel again. I would suggest they hire a front desk representative that understands English better.
