Hotel muito bom, comida boa...mas o chuveiro demora para esquentar e as moças da limpeza podem deixar a porta do quarto aberta por descuido. Apesar disso não perdemos nada e os funcionários são muito educados e eficientes.

Excelentes serviços, quartos e profissionais. Me hospedarei todas as vezes que for a Cusco. No nosso últimos dia fomos presenteados com uma garrafa de vinho chileno. Por ter festivais quase todo dia na Praça das armas, adorei a localização que fica perto mas não tão perto a ponto da agitação da cidade incomodar. Próximo ao hotel tem um mercadinho com coisas básicas porém necessárias e três farmácias, tem também pontos com pacotes de turismo mas isso é o que não falta. Em qualquer lugar que passar caminhando será parado por alguém oferecendo os pacotes de visitação ou massagen, que após descer machupicchu a pé entendi a real necessidade para tanta oferta de massageadores nas ruas de Cusco.

Es un hotel cómodo, limpio y buena atención. El precio es muy bueno con relación a su servicio. Cerca a la plaza y en una calle tranquila. Lo recomiendo. El desayuno es buffet, sencillo pero cumple con creces. Felicito a la administración por su buena gestión para mantener al hotel en buen estado.

Pidan el piso 3. Las habitaciones son amplias y el wifi y la telefonía no fallan. Siendo una calle antigua la señal no es buena, pero está muy bien ubicada. Recomendado.

We each have our own priorities, therefore sharing what I consider to be pros/cons for you to decide for yourself whether to stay here or not. I would stay here again in a heartbeat if the noise issue were brought under control.
The positives: Very clean, knowledgeable staff, perfect location. Fridge in room. Bedside USB plugs. Nice decor. Inexpensive.
The cons: Internet didn’t function 1 night and there wasn't anyone who could help with it. Loud - you can hear other guests in their rooms and in the main areas, as well as outside commotion. I only slept a few hours nightly due to the noise. Breakfast is not healthy vegan-friendly. Hard beds even for me, and I like hard beds.

Una muy buena elección para Cuzco. La atención es fantástica. Una amiga dejó olvidada una cadena de oro y el personal la encontró y le avisó. Además, la comida del cuarto es barata y rica. Uno está a gusto con el personal que siempre está presto a apoyarte. Quedamos muy contentos con la estancia. Es cerca a la plaza. Una gran elección para Cuzco.

My family stayed 7 nights in this hotel. A very clean and well managed property with courteous staff. Crispy bedclothes, unlimited hot shower, strong wi-fi signals at any rooms, plus excellent free hot breafast! Only 7 minutes of walking distance from the Plaza. I highly recommend this hotel!

This hotel was in an excellent location, just one block from the Cusco Plaza Armas. It was on a quiet dead end street thus minimal vehicle noise. If you have a car, this would not be a very good place for you as there is no place to park your vehicle.
The room was cozy and a welcoming basket of fruit and water was left on the table. The breakfast was excellent and a wide variety of choices.
Staff were very helpful and friendly.
Full day tours would pick you up at your hotel. Also, there were many sites and restaurants close by this hotel.
