O Amigo Hotel pode escolher ser ético e profissional ao aceitar a opinião de um hóspede e ajudar a melhorar a gestão do hotel ou simplesmente continuar a não ser profissional. Conforme a resposta acima, o hotel é extremamente rápido em tirar conclusões precipitadas e traçar o perfil de seus clientes com base em sua nacionalidade.Em primeiro lugar, não passei a noite depois de ver como o quarto era impróprio - fiquei em outro albergue na mesma rua. Cheguei ao hotel depois da meia-noite, após pousar de um vôo. Qualquer hóspede em sã consciência seria capaz de entender minha situação como hóspede - a única coisa que eu gostaria de fazer é descansar em um lugar confortável, sem problemas e o orçamento deve estar dentro de minhas possibilidades.Em segundo lugar, enquanto no outro albergue; Paguei RM30 (excluindo impostos) pela noite - descartando efetivamente a suposição de que tentei forçar uma estadia gratuita.Em terceiro lugar, a equipe da recepção parece ter sido instruída pela gerência a não atender a nenhum dos meus pedidos durante o check-out e, portanto, pedi para falar com a gerência de maneira firme, mas respeitosa.Honestamente, não se trata realmente do reembolso nem do valor do dinheiro que paguei; como qualquer outro hóspede - espero o que me foi prometido. Limpo, bastante espaçoso, reservamos espaço para 3 pessoas, 1 cama queen size e 1 cama de solteiro. Banheiro também bastante grande. Tem elevador, mas a partir do nível da estrada para recepcionista lobby precisa ir pelas escadas. Então, se você trouxer uma grande bagagem, prepare-se. Você precisa depositar algum dinheiro e também para o cartão de quarto adicional. Fora do hotel é rua comercial (lotado à noite) que você pode encontrar comida de rua e fazer compras, lembre-se de negociar.

Excelente localização ... a uma curta distância da estação MRT ..... embora o quarto é pequeno ..... mas é bastante limpo .... com o preço razoável .... muito adequado para mochileiros .... ou transportar pequena bagagem ..... há uma loja de conveniências apenas ao lado do hotel ..... água do filtro (frio e quente) fornecido perto da área do lobby .... comida é muito fácil de encontrar como o hotel apenas no mercado de noite .... não consigo ouvir qualquer ruído se o quarto é sem janelas .... hotel equipar com CCTV considerar seguro .... este hotel orçamento tem elevador e dormitórios bem

My room (two single bed) was quite small. Suitable for backpackers whom travel light. The hotel is inside Chinatown and the hotel's entrance is a bit hidden behind stalls. Just look for KK Mart and you'll find the entrance beside the mart. It took only about 5 minutes walk from LRT/MRT Pasar Seni. You also have to leave a room deposit when you check-in. Don't worry, you'll get it back when you check-out.

Great location....walking distance to MRT station..... although the room is small..... but is quite clean....with the reasonable price.... very suitable for backpackers..... or carry small luggage..... there is a convenient store just next to the hotel..... filter water (cold and hot) provided near to lobby area.... food is very easy to find as the hotel just in the night market.... can't hear any noise if the room is without windows.... hotel equip with CCTV consider safe.... this budget hotel do have lift and dormitory rooms as well

Clean, quite spacious, we book room for 3 person, 1 queen bed and 1 single bed. Bathroom also quite big. Have elevator but from road level to lobby receptionist need to go by stairs. So if you bring big luggage be prepare. You need to deposit some money and for additional room card also. Outside hotel is shopping street (crowded at night) that you can find street food and do shopping, remember to bargain.

Amigo Hotel can choose to be ethical and professional by accepting a guest’s review and help improve the hotel management or just continue to be unprofessional. As of the above reply, the hotel is extremely quick in jumping into conclusion and profiling their customers based on their nationality.Firstly, I didn’t stay the night after looking at how unsuitable the room was - I stayed at another hostel down the street. I arrived at the hotel past midnight, after landing from a flight. Any guest in the right mind would be able to understand my circumstance as a guest - the only thing I would want to do is rest in a comfortable place with no problems and the budget should be within my means.Secondly, while at the other hostel; I paid RM30 (excluding taxes) for the night - effectively dismissing the assumption that I attempted to force a free stay.Thirdly, the staff at the reception seems to be instructed by the management to not entertain any of my requests during check-out and therefore I asked to speak with the management in a firm but respectful manner.Honestly, it’s really not about the refund nor the value of the money I paid; just like any other guest - I expect what I was promised. Amigo Hotel has failed to fulfill their promise in providing a welcoming and comfortable stay for their guest.I hope that this issue will be brought forward to the management. I do hope for a revert on this issue.Thank you and best regards.

Excelente relación precio calidad. Muy buena atención del personal y la limpieza de la habitación. Las instalaciones super modernas. La ubicación es excelente, sobre la calle principal del China Town y a dos cuadras de la estación Pasar Seni y el Mercado Central.
